I don't know if this is intended behaviour or not. Rep guns seem to reset the shield recover counter. So its about 5 minutes from the last repgun hit.

Are you sure you arent bumping your capship while docking?

Xeha, that bug was removed years ago.

Just because a bug was fixed doesn't mean it stayed fixed, so it would still be useful to confirm that it was actually the rep guns that were responsible.

The bug xeha is talking about reset the shield reset counter when other pilots hit the capital ship. Not when the owner hit it.

Just to be fully complete, i made this video. I used a rep turret in an Atlas to make sure there was zero bumping of the capital ship. You can watch the full 38 minutes if you wish. The shields do NOT come back. I deshielded the goliath before the video starts.
