This is my first bug report so hope I'm doing it right.
I wanted to solo Levi last night when I noticed odia j10 showed a crit in nav map but when I went there it was empty. Next I went to sedina m8 and had to do the same sector crit 3 times for it to stop coming back in minutes. When it finally stopped spawning I checked mission status and it was at full 250 ncp left. So i went to levi sector but no npc ships came to help. So i took mission and still no npc help came even after 3 hours of fighting not a single npc. Hope it can be fixed thank you.

Today's restart will hopefully fix this issue. But if you see it happen again, please let us know.
