Situation:

If you warp out of a system while actively mining an asteroid (this is possible when an ion storm exit point is within 100m of an asteroid), the mining progress bars continue to display after you enter the next sector. When they fill, no ore is provided.

In addition, if the ore is mined during the warp cutscene, the ores are placed in the cargo, but auto-jettison does not trigger.
