I thought ships warping in had invincibility until control is given, but i've been killed several times tonight upon jump in by turret before i could move my ship. Once by an NPC and once by an player's capship. Most recently here by demonicat:

Is this a bug or should I post a suggestion about it?

You have invincibility undocking, but not jumping in. Being instant killed in the jump in animation has been a thing for at least 5 years or longer.

I did have this checked out a couple of years ago, and was told the invulnerability was all working correctly at that time. We'll revisit it again.

An issue was found and hot-patched last night, and should be functioning as-intended now.
