Some strike force that should be launching with PCB are launching with nothing equipped.

Another player confirmed this as well.

How are you making that determination? When they are scanned they don't list it? Or they don't use it? Or They aren't dropping any?
I checked the logs and they showed as having PCBs and not dropping them when they were destroyed.

I was in my capital ship, so I was scanning them, and they had no addons equipped. Farther more, when all other sf were killed, these ones did not shoot at me. They instead flew around me doing nothing. I should have been being drained.
