When one turns off their guild tag display in game chat, it still shows up on discord.

I might be wrong but I think the toggle only turns off tags for you. Others who have it on can still see your guild tag.

^. The "Show guild tags in chat log" toggle isn't an option to show or not to show your own tag to others. It's on whether to see any guild tags at all. Yours or others. It only affects what you see.
