I dueled a mobile player today.. his/her auto fire only fired one of his/her two energy weapons when in duel but fired both in empty sector... is auto fire limited in duels with energy weapons on mobile? I'm sorry if this is not a bug. And I don't fly mobile so I'm posting this to assist him/her if they don't post it.

In duels, autofire doesn't work at all. Whatever trigger the weapon is on, there's no autofire.

Outside of duels it'll fire weapons which are on the primary trigger, when the aiming reticle is within the auto-aim radius. This applies to all weapons, including ammo-based weapons.
