Heh, making the media.rlb a zip file makes it about 500k smaller. Not enough to fix the problem.

I don't know anything about CyberSitter but that may be the culprit. It may be catching on a certain sequence in the media.rlb file (which would be why you get about 13megs either way). Probably a jpg header, so I suppose if I do make the zip version available you may be able to dl that because the jpg headers may be compressed.

However, CyberSitter may be 'smart' enough to see that you are downloading a zip file and internally decompress it and check for jpgs.

Can you access CyberSitter's log files to see if it said it killed the connection because of a violation?
