I understand, but I cannot provide that level of cooperation on this bug, as it occurs only occasionally and quite randomly.
When this happens, if you could jot down what you were up to it might help you identify a pattern. It's not random.

I noticed that out of the two missile turrets, only one was firing. It wasn't out of ammunition. Nothing seemed to help, but when I jumped out and back, the turret immediately started working.
This is a new observation - only one of the turrets affected.

Not sure if this is still open but I have been having this issue randomly also lately.
Happened today 23Jan2025 around 1200-1255 CST in Edras B4, C3 and other Edras bot sectors. On android phone, no plugins, with a controller.
Docked in goli multiple times in same sector after fighting. All turrets mapped to secondary trigger and nothing happens when you fire. Used autoturret command and none of the turrets fire. Cycle through the turrets manually, and still no triggered firing or via autoturret command.

Renaar, did you jump while piloting your goli to the said sector, or did you jump first and call the goli to follow you there?
I am quite sure there is an issue where the turrets stop working in the second scenario (follow to a sector). In such a case, entering and exiting the turrets does not help. However, it's possible that this particular problem is linked to some API call. This is a new observation for me, and I haven't had the time or energy to test it thoroughly.

More than likely I called it to me, then took control. With the turret issue happening after. I almost never pilot my goli directly into a sector for scouting purposes.
After further testing, what Infinitus said is exactly whats happening. If you call your capship and it follows you into the sector and you dock with it, the turrets won't function either with the autoturret command or turrets on a trigger. The red AT is displayed but nothing happens. This happened to me on mobile during the Drone Conflict event tonight, and yesterday. It seems like I have been able to replicate this on command on mobile.
Thank you, Renaar. You accurately described the issues I was experiencing consistently. The AT symbol lit up red, turrets not responding to triggers and ActivateTurrets, and only jumping out and back when piloting the ship always resolved it.
I only recently noticed the connection to calling the ship to follow me to a sector. Since I hadn't confirmed the issue/scenario without plugins, I hadn't reported it.

So, we've made multiple attempts to reproduce this, using the updated feedback provided, across both Android and PC, and we have not been able to reproduce the bug.
So, we would really appreciate further feedback..
- Is everyone definitively using a game controller, on mobile? Or Not?
If you can come up with an absolutely reproducible procedure, and carefully document exactly what that is, that would also be really helpful.
There seems to be some kind of intersection of game configuration, device(s) being used, and maybe the state of the sector and the capship.. that we just haven't been able to reproduce internally.

That's so weird that it can't be replicated. Mine happens almost consistently on Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE), with no addons, with a SMX bluetooth controller (i want to say its also happened without a controller, but hqvent verified), calling a goli into my sector with the follow command. Just in and all turrets are dead unless you are sitting in them (no activateturrets orgrouped to a trigger.
This also happens on my linux laptop install some of the time, but i have a few plugins and I havent disabled and retested. Happened to me last night hunting unrats and they almost got my goliath because I was a sitting duck with only my Rag for defense.

EasySMX appears to make like.. several dozen controllers. Which one do you have, exactly?

It sounds like Ray managed to figure this out, over this weekend. So, hopefully we'll patch this next week.
