I don't know if this was one of the devs chasing me around s3 with a gemini bus or a normal player, but just in case: "Qwertiop" character has 0 kills, 1 death and 12/12/12/12 licenses. A few other ppl saw it too.

Wow. 10 kills for 4 levels? How is that? It took me about 400 kills to get to 4/x/x/x. Maybe 10 deaths?
