/msg_nation without delay
I just noticed that, directly after starting the game, it's possible to send two nation chat messages without any delay.
True.. it looks like there is a global clock that counts time. And you are able to say something in particular minute.. but if you say someting at: 08:12:50 you are able to say another thing at 08:13:02

uhm ... no the delay is always exactly 60 seconds after the first two messeges.
Oh and I just did some testing .. the same applies to /say_system ... the two messeges at once thing i mean.

Probably because the clock isn't completely sychronized yet right after starting the game.
We removed Say_system and say_nation anyways. There's a new chat system we're working on. It's basically a set of universal channels that you subscribe to.
