We can now sell ships that aren't empty from the sell screen. This is kind of a bad thing. I clicked on "Itani Border Centurion" and sold it, and instead of selling my empty extra, it sold my FULL IBC. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's not the correct behavior..

It is the correct behavior. It's a new feature. So be careful what you sell. :P

It'd be better if the info panel showed what was in the ship beforehand, maybe, and what you'd get for selling each part or something. *shrug*

Or maybe have a confirmation dialog whenever you're selling a non-empty ship.

Does it allow you to sell your active ship? That might be bad too.

I thought the last method of selling ships and weapons was on the money and in no need of change. For the life of me, I can't figure out why it was changed. But, I don't often wonder why God does things the way she does, either.

I miss all those ships I sold...

It was changed because Ray thought it'd be better, and I agreed it'd be more convenient, so he changed it. It was one of those "while I'm at it" things while he was changing some other internal thing but I don't remember what.

Oh, I know. I think it had to do with selling the engines in the ships, since you're not allowed to separate them anymore. It would have become impossible to get rid of ships.

No offense intended, but it might be better to fix that problem rather than let us sell our active ship. :D

I don't really see it as a problem. Well, except for selling an active ship. But if your ship's equipment (weapons and battery) value was added to the selling price, it would be even more convenient. Even better, include the battery when purchasing your ship too. That'll make 'em even more unique.
