Well,this one is fairly simple. Only your trade missions count on the charinfo display for how many missions you have completed.

What other missions have you "completed"?

Ah, right. You can't -complete- a combat mission unless its "beginniner" and then it ends ... (but the border guards you can.. haven't checked if those affect my mission count yet though)

Right. Although I don't know if it counts as a completed mission or not when you reach enough skill for level 4 combat.
