Whenever I enter Arta Celestus K-10 I receive a large amount of octree warnings.

I got the same thing in two different sectors of Betheshee, both were sectors i got dropped into because of storms.

I dont remember the specific numbers but they were both on the top half of the system map. the storms were between the two wormholes in the sector.

Similar thing happened to me at Jallik F-3. Had the octree warnings etc.
The next time I was in the SAME area, got stuck at loading screen and then
terminated by server. Jallik F-3 was a "storm sector" during BOTH incidents.
