Darn It !! It is still with us. Just happened to me in Sedina as I attempted to
enter Sector H-10. Naturally, there was a storm in that sector. Funny thing
is, I had just been in sector H-10 a few moments before without incident.

happened to me too.

warped, stucked. Server kicked me out of the game after ~3 minutes.
i reconnected, and found myself in a stormsector.

I think this is a slightly different bug than what was going on with Dau and Sol II.

It happens to me for nearly every system I go through. It just stops loading. And when I log off I can't log back on unless I try two times (the first time it gives me one of two error messages: my connection has been terminated by the server or I chose an invalid character). When I log back on I find myself in the middle of a storm. So it seems to be storm related.

That's what I meant...
Dau, Pelatus, and Sol II were sector related, not storm related.

It's weird. I came across it in no Itani sectors so far. I wonder if ours are on a different server cluster?

I've seen two results of a hang (prior to the update)

If the screen hangs on the loading screen and the loading bar reaches full, I will get booted by the server and log back in to find myself in a storm. If it hangs with no loading bar, I will have to /logoff and I when I log back in, I will find myself back in front of the station I started the journey from.

I have had both of these things happen to me AFTER the most recent update.

Type /startrecord "scene.rec" when you start playing vendetta and when this happens, type /stoprecord and then send me the scene.rec file that was created.
It may be large so make sure you delete this file afterwards and zip it up when you mail it to me.
Even better would be to put the file on some web site so i can download it myself.

Sortof. It's been in there for a while.
There's no way for you to play them back yet though. I have a parser that I use for the .rec files.
