Clicking the options button resets the chat tab to general when you close the options menu.

Also clicking the map button sets the chat tab to general for the map screen, and then set's it to general again once you leave the map screen.

The help button works fine. :D

While we're on the subject of stations...
Eo's welcome is in the Edras system next to the Jallik WormHole. Probably didn't get renamed to the structure of the new map.
