When you shoot energy weapons from a Centurion, weapons fire seems to be coming out from behind the ship:

It only happens with energy weapons (tested it with tachs, gravs, phased blasters and ion blasters), rockets come out from the body of the ship (tested with YellowJackets). I tested it with Itani Border Guardian and the normal Centurion, with the same results.

Known "feature". I believe that it happens with any energy weapon in any ship. Per Ray (I think), this is only noticable on the client side. Network latency fixes the problem and it appears to fire correctly to the rest of the universe.

EDIT: AH! it appears that you are actually looking at another ship here. Had only just glanced at the pic at first. We actually may have a genuine bug here. OH DEVS!!!!

No, it's my ship... I just changed the view. If it looks ok for the rest of the universe then it's no big deal, I was just a bit surprised with this.

If it's your ship, how'd you manage to stuff two small port weapons on a Centurion?

Itani Border Centurion has two small ports.

Learn something new every day. Have to see if there is a Serco equivalent.
