Since 1.0.5 (when the character mapping for international keboards was fixed) I am loosing keybinds unless i bind them in the config file, the keys that seem to be affected are the keys that differ from the U.S. counterparts (IE Shift and 2 for " and not @, Shift + 3 for £ and so on....) If i bind a key to Shift + " (Ie Mission tab) when i quit normally, and restart, the mapping has gone. But if I map to a non UK codepage key (IE , + .) it keeps the mappings....

Maybe it should be in windows, but im not sure if any other OS is affected (Win XP, seems to work under Linux 2.6.5)
