I dunno. Can you check it out to see if it is still a problem? I haven't seen any problems with skyboxes in osx for a while now.

I still get the smears in round things in the background, is that what we're talking about? It's 100% consistant for me.

Graphics correct themselves when I do like RelayeR says above.

Nvidia GeForce4 420 GO 32? Sounds like you're playing on a laptop. At least laptops are the only computers that I know of that use that nVidia GO card. I feel your pain man.
