I was flying throughout charted and uncharted space last night, visiting all the known factions. I noticed that both the Corvus and Axia Defbots, which start out at *-200 Dislike*, are both green/friendly to me on radar while Biocom, which starts out at *+200 Neutral*, Neutral Star 2 through 4, which start out at *0 Neutral* are all red/potentially unfriendly to me. Neutral Star 1 is green/friendly as well as Orion.

I just find this a bit confusing. Why would Biocom, which starts out at +200, be red to me while Corvus at -200 is green?.
