Weapon stats screwup

That guy's site claims that Tach 3's are significantly worse than Tach 2's in every respect. I asked him about it and he said the stats were accurate. Are they? And if they are, they definately need some fixing. Tach 3 should be BETTER than tach 2, not worse than tach 1 :/

the tachIII are broken right now, they will be fixed soon.
Tach III should do 400 splash damage in addition to the 200 regular, which they do not right now. Just be patient

Just wanted to bring it up. I don't even have Tach III, but when I saw the stats it seemed wrong.
