i also have the negative time bug but not always.
i just had a mission from corvus that said if i deliver under 9, i get bonus.
i delivered in 5:04 and it said "Sorry no bonus this time".

then, second bug:
- the NeutralStar factions still appear in the char info, and i think it should be replaced with the new names
