Account questions

Is there a form to fill out regarding account questions that I might be overlooking? I have sent an email to john at guildsoftware dot com about my problem (seemed like the best member to send the question) but I have yet to hear from him. Just wondering if there is a more preferred method.

Well, this is probably the best method. Could you detail (leaving out any confidential information, of course) what's going on with your account?

I'm having issues with my account as well. I just upgraded it from a trial account to monthly subscriber. I still can't play. Was about 45min ago when I did.

What follows it the meat of what I sent John. I changed the account names just because I don't see a reason to post them on the forum. But, as you can see, this is something that really can't be resolved in a public forum. It isn't really an issue with my account so much as it is me being a moron and not paying attention to how the site works.

I originally signed up, with the account 'account1', and downloaded the game while at work. When I got home I wanted to download the game on my home machine but did not realize that I could log in to the web site with my 'account1' account and download without having to fill out the trial account page again. So, I proceeded to fill out the trial account page and created the account 'account2'. It seems that I never logged out of this account on this machine; in fact, I probably haven't even closed the web browser since I created the 'account2' account.

Well, when I was playing this evening, with my 'account1' account which has my 'account2' character, I received a notice that my trial period would be up in an hour. Since I want to keep playing I signed up for a month subscription. It just so happens that I signed up using the 'account2' account (not the character - confusing, I know) which is not what I intended to do. I want to keep the 'account1' account that contains all the work I have put in over the past eight hours; I haven't even created a character with the 'account2' account.

Mine's a little less complicated.

My trial expired. I whipped out the card and I signed up for the monthly. I still can't play... :/

Hpwnics: did you get your new account key that you put into your account to add time? At least, that's how it worked for the pre-order and I haven't heard anything to the contrary for normal orders.

No E-mails
:/

CrippledPigeon: no, there is no e-mail if you use the internet billing system, it just converts your account automagically.

(that's on my list, too)

a1k0n: Did I send the email to the right person? If not, who should I be contacting to try and work my situation out. I can start playing on the (accidentally) paid account but I would prefer to be able to use the account I was using to play.

Generally speaking, support@ or billing@ is the right email address (these go to me and John right now). I can take care of you, but I don't know which accounts you want me to switch!
