Is it possible for Vendetta to have dynamic octrees? Like attaching a spherical detection radius to the ship model for cool features (such as rewarding a teammate with money for killing someone within that sphere OR simply making the docking bays for a capital ship).

Err, yeah. It already uses dynamic octrees. Ships, like, move, and stuff, thus they are dynamic. There's nothing preventing us from having moving docking bays.

Heh, no, ships are not octrees, they are contained within a dynamic octree.
Docking bays are also in the dynamic octree.

I never knew the ships moved and looked like oak trees..
