Weapons should have different costs at different stations. Perhaps each station could "specialize" in a weapon and offer discounts on that weapon, plus smaller discounts for specializations of nearby stations. Maybe some stations could even have their own special weapon available. It'd be a good use for station 10 if you could, say, buy a beam cannon there. :)

The own special weapon is, not the varying prices though.
Besides, you can't steal an idea that is widely used.

Actually, SL, if you take a look you'll find that the prices vary from sector to sector, but not by much. Rogue, the windoze port should be coming out soon. I'm assuming you've got a dual-boot system...
