It's be cool to have a factionless station up near the Itani Serco Border. Right now activity is starting to expand, but you can still only pirate grey and UIT space. It'd be cool to be factionless and pirate Itani and Serco space as well, but right now there is no place for a pirate to land!

Isn't that sort of the [starts with "f"] point, being as there're two sovereign powers controlling that area?
