Has anyone notcied that huge space between serco,itani,and UIT space. Be nice if in the furutre that the devs make up some new speices intent on detroying us.

Like a surpirse update where every now and then wed encounter uknown ship that attack us out fo no where. bring a whole new elemtn to the game.

Ya I knew what you meant - I was just hoping to get us back on topic. It would be exciting to have some weird new ship make an appearance.

Ol dearth is stuck! But yeah it would be fun to kick some human arse!

Even better of an idea, it could be that Earth recon ships have once again made contact with us. but then we find out that there just the old ships in the first stages of exploring this space.

Whoa, a generation ship. That would be a seriously cool mission for someone to make- the connie could be used to stand in and the player would "make contact" with the earthlings. Of course at this point there isn't really any impact that the ship could have on the VO universe. Maybe much later a new faction could be introduced that wouldn't have a planet as a home base- instead it would own a few sectors and a gigantic mothership. A good idea for a mission a while from now maybe.
