One very simple suggestion (although it may not be quite as simple to implement...) which I think would help enhance the game a reasonable amount...

Allow selection of two different colors from the color pallet, one for the 'base' color of the ship, and another for the 'trim' color (essentially the parts that the current color selection adjusts)

Selection of two different colors to mix and match on each ship would greatly diversify the colors of the universe, and allow much greater freedom in choosing colors for corporations/guilds. I for one want to see a convoy of blue and yellow hornets and moths sometime in the future...

There should also be a /Scarlet Letter vote that places a decal on the voted's ship, warning everyone that they are a sissy swarm ganker with a dirty mouth.
