Chat In Ion Storms
(Not in "AIM english dialect" for the audience's pleasures.)
It turns out that, in real life, ion/magnetic storms mess with all radio systems, not just the radar. So I was thinking that maybe it would add a new challenge to the game if the comm and chat did not work in an ion storm. This would be so that if there were a convoy group in an ion storm, there would be disorrientation and the group would have to be a bit more orginized beforehand to be able to get through an ion storm. Also to be more realistic.

If this was implemented, I'd imagine it would go with along with an overall shift to a more realistic/RP type communications system, like those that have been suggested before.
