Reminding a1k0n that the control system should be updated, and remembering the pretty post ideas.

I actually "fixed" this a while ago, and it knocked a lot of other stuff out of whack, especially steering damping. I couldn't get it quite right ever again, so I backed out the change. It's just inherently broken for now. Someday when we feel like redefining all the ships, perhaps.

I'm taking that as a promise. If you ever feel like redefining all the ships you HAVE to do it now.

d00d, don't be so demanding. The devs have enough on their hands trying to get 3.3.0 working. Ship and weapon balancing and new content just isn't a priority right now.

Well, that just means they don't quite feel like redefining all the ships now :D
