Price for centurion mk2 is too big for such low quality ship (comparing with mk1), I suggest following changes:

Add +4 cargo hold (11+4=15) (more cargo for newbie fighters)
Give infini turbo (newbs don't have even FC)

And change licenses requirements
old req: 1/2/-/-/-

new requirements:
-/-/-/1/-

Isn't this a trade ship? This changes in licenses will open this vessel to all newbs with 1st trade license, without having to grind 2nd light.

It's an interceptor/light fighter, not a trade ship. The Centurion series of light fighter-interceptors... is the beginning of the description. It may be the cargo variant of the centurion, but it already has far more cargo than the others. Seeing as you get the revenant at trade 1, what would be the point of the centurion mkII as a trade ship? -1.

The price is so low it hardly matters and does not warrant a change.

Centurion is based on training ships, designed mostly for newbies. It's weight is heavier than every light ship, almost like hog (that is medium size vessel).. it's heavier even than marauder and has got less or more medium profile. Don't forget, that maud or hog have more slots, e.g. maud -3, and hog bonus heavy (!) port. So I don't see the problem to add a little cargo space, so newbies could collect more loot or give it 50/s turbo energy (newbies use light or medium batteries, not FC).

Revenant is a hauler. Centurions are light fighters... despite they seems out of scale, indeed...

they should remove the cent mk2 from the game though it sucks ass.

Make the cent Mk3 the mk2 and get rid of the Mk2 imo

I used the cent mk2 a lot as a newb. Having a bit of extra cargo hold means hauling home that hive fastcharge cell and all the orun processor cores for the missions that want you to collect them.

It's not that expensive, and serves a purpose. Maybe it deserves an upgrade, say 60m/s cruise speed?

They've got too many variants of most ships already to the point where most of them are useless. We really just need a MkI and a MkII for most ships. Maybe a MkIII at most for some. Trim the fat.
