Right now it's purely a priority thing. Voice chat is broken, storms and convoys break over time, this stuff needs fixing. I am presently all about finding the minimum application of resources to yield the best overall benefit to the game, and I'm not sure that this qualifies. But, I'll keep it in mind, especially as we move towards the "perma-fogged sectors" thing.
