Why would this not be there?

When I choose the DirectX11 driver I get stuck in 800x600 fullscreen, then have to re-select the DirectX9 Driver, choose the proper resolution, then re-select the DirectX11 hoping it holds.

Because it's a prototype driver. Prototype means "not finished".
