manufacturing of all high level weapons

All top tier weapons and corp/faction specific weapons must be manufactured via various bits of hive drops and small bits of ore. These can be manufactured in any places currently selling them. Each station will limit when you can take the same weapon mission again. All existing license and faction restrictions apply in regards to equipping all manufactured weapons.

New players would have access to these manufacturing missions if they are admire or higher with the base's faction. Since they can't equip them the motivation would be to sell them as they would be highly profitable and offer a new way to both practice botting, mining, and trading and contribute to guilds. A single EC should be able to hold the raw materials for most weapon missions. Cap ship turrets would be significantly more.

Stations that previously sold a particular weapon will purchase manufactured ones at a good price to further assist new players who may not be able to find willing buyers in a timely manner. These sold weapons fall into the current economic black hole everything sold to stations fall into. But we can use this to explain where the military's stock comes from.

Military missions will still allow access to such weapons for Serco/Itani border wars but you can't store them in the base or load them into cargo. Leaving gr/deneb with the weapons equipped will cause you to lose significant standing with your faction since you stole military property. You must be POS to purchase them. All current places selling these top tier weapons obviously would no longer. These purchased guns never drop when you die, but the manufactured ones may.

All previously equipped and inventoried weapons that are now manufactured would be re-purchased by the game at avg current market value upon server reset. Equipped weapons of the player's active ship wont be removed.
