Suggestion: New badge - "Wanted: Dead or Alive"

Some incentive for pirate gameplay. Unlocks when a player racks up the maximum bounty from all 3 factions at the same time (3mil)

Better to make the badge available for number of bounty hunters killed while having a bounty on your head.
