Whether they find it worth their time to complain or not, I know many agree with what I'm about to say. Please fix the damn Ignore option so people stay ignored until WE decide to remove them from that list. I'm sick and tired of logging on and that list being empty while idiots I have no desire to see speak are all over my chat window. MAKE THE IGNORE OPTION PERMANENT UNTIL WE PLAYERS CHOOSE TO UNIGNORE!!

Dude, you can do that

/ignore by default is Forever.

Unless you force-quit or quit by any other means than the QUIT button on the login screen, this should be saved when you quit the game.

Perhaps stop ragequitting? lol

The ignore list is stored client side, and like settings and other stuff requires a clean exit to save properly. If you reinstall vo, or use another device you need to put your ignore list back.

If you do not exit the client properly it will not be saved, so make sure when you are done with VO for the day, exit properly. (options > logoff > quit)
