Tridents are massive critters. Expand radar to 7500 -10000m and give them all the addon scanners.

If tridents couldn't infinihop to safety, I'd be all for this suggestion, but given the current escape ability of tridents, being able to see what ships are packing seems like a move in the wrong direction until tridents can no longer use itty-bitty powercells.

With that reactor, they shouldn't be using power cells at all.
