Ok, so today a player filled B8 with dozens of L-mines to protect his Trident, and I got to thinking: why don't we see NPCs doing this sort of thing? It could be kinda interesting to see bots from the dynamic hives setting up large minefields in intricate, geometrically perfect patterns around wormholes or the exit points of storm sectors.

Just one of those potential hazards that could make the universe just a little bit more interesting.

That would be incredibly irritating, and would probably piss me off. So i'll +1 it.

I kind surprised the hive doesn't flag players who repeatedly destroy them, and attack them in more numbers.

Technically they do, that one that comes after you with determination after you killed a bot while different names is the current AI system pissed off at you
