I think it should be allowed to send someone multiple buddy notes. There may be many things you want to talk to someone about while they are out of game.

If spamming buddy notes becomes a problem, maybe adding a way to block buddy notes from some of your buddies would be cool, or removing them as your buddy altogether.

With the character limit on buddy notes, this seems unfair to me.

I just don't care about this feature at all.

+1 to better in game messaging, low priority

As a method of communication, the buddy notes are deficient in more than just being limited to one per character. I would rather see a proper mail system implemented, but I'm also curious about the initial design decisions behind the buddy notes.
