So yeah, allow a guild to set up an office at any station of their choosing. The guild will then be able to rent storage up to 100,000cu in 20,000cu increments with the rent taken out of the guild bank. I'm not sure if the CO should be able to set permissions on who has access, but if people think that's cool then yeah.
