As it is right now you have to make a bunch of clicks in the UI to find out who the group leader is. I suggest that there be an asterisk * next to the group leaders name in the actual group list.

/group promote <name>

Yeah, the group leader is signified by a lighter colouring of the name. Might be hard to see in certain circumstances, click the image for better detail. This is an NPC group, but it does work for players too. If you have targetless installed, you may not see the group list (I dunno, I don't use it) but that is not the games fault.

Aye, the group leader's name is lighter, in bold and always appears below your name (second name on the list). Unless you are the group leader, in which your name is lighter and in bold typeface.
