Ragnarok Mine Layer / Uberswarmer / Uberminer, etc.

I think we should start with a 3L port rag and go from there.

what's this ships purpose? I'd like to imagine a purpose for a ship before +1 or -1. Since it's big and heavy, I think it needs a turret, though.

remove any kind of turbo capability (0 turbo energy; turbo speed = normal speed (or does the engine have an existing workaround for ships without a turbo system?))

Luxen, have you ever noticed that the turrets have a harder time hitting a slow moving craft, than a turboing craft? You're suggestion for a lack of turbo would still result in taking stations faster. (As long as the stations guards are still bugged and not in sector. Which seems to happen more frequently this year.)

4xL ports is simply extravaganza. 3xL ports on moth miner mk2 is ok only because that is a flying coffin in most cases.

-1 to anything even with 3xL ports.

my suggested amend was for other players to hit this boat; I didn't think about turrets when I said that. so, uhh... hmm.

for real? maybe ill try that sometime soon.

The problem with this is it's called the "Mine Layer".

Normally I'd not bother with questioning it, but since every sector has a limit of 42 mines per player, it's kind of pointless to have more ports. Unless the mine limit is removed, this kind of brutal efficiency can lay a mine trap of 42 mines in less than 3 reloads. I'm not sure it's necessary, since I assume the point behind this is to lay a fuckton of mines (well beyond 42).
