Imagine lightning swarms, lightning rockets or a giant avalightning! It would be a cool weapon if a lmine of some sort could move.

I think you basicly want AOE (Area Of Effect) damage weapons?

How about lightning shields? Don't get too close...

Yes to aoe but not explosive like a flare unless maybe for a direct hit. It may help mobile players with combat. Lightning shields would be awesome and make critical skirmish farming a breeze. This proposal is the love child of a missile, rocket, torpedo or rail gun slug and a lightning mine.
