If it were a single use thing, i'd +1 it. Gotta be crazy heavy, too.

I'm confused...

Does this generate shields on the ship with the add-on equipped or on the ship targeted?

Is this a passive ability or do you have to fire to activate?

Does this only augment the shields on ships that already have them or is it meant to give shields to ships that otherwise wouldn't have them?

+1 for this to be an item that takes so much grid it doesnt allow a ship to put on any weapons at all

This gives frieghters protection from one odd pirate, unless one is very good and dedicated

I would love it simply to ensure more group efforts

The sheild is a passive addon designed to defend from simple bots. The high grid means it would require a THC, and Because that + its own weight would not make it a pirate avoidance defence. 2 sunflares could pop this sheild. But it would take a lot of oruns, kanniks denteks or Artemiss to pop it.

The THC thing is a really dumb idea. Make it 18 grid so you can't have any weapons.

Crazy idea +1 because its cool.

Maybe 20 grid then, with no weapons.
