Change the notification notice from just Key given/revoked to, for example:

Key [KeyID]KeyName given/revoked by UserWhoDidIt

This shouldnt be too hard a change, would it?
Right now you have no idea which key you got nor who did it. Its very cumbersome that we need to make a diff on the key list to spot the change.

Each owner key should have a log buttom where you can see the activity of the key (Who gave/revoked).
