A Mine-like item that provides a 2-second delay to any jump/WH navigation within a 500m sphere of influence (figured you should lay down a few of these to cover an entire WH).

no damage dealt - end of life causes small concussive boom maybe?

2s delay between laying
1700kg weight
500m AoE radius
Detonation: Contact or End of life

??? lifetime (mines recently changed, so dunno what to put here)
