Someone in the Rune thread made mention that the Sercos only have 4 top level ships compared to the Itani's 5. So here is my suggestion to fix that little issue.

If it doesn't have a L port for gatlings, it's not a real prom.

-1. I don't see why this is necessary. I am all for new ships/variations, but this looks a bit OP with the 220 max speed and the thrust of a prom. Make turbo drain at least 57 and maybe.

I dont think this prom is a particularly bad.
