Hit and run
I was reading a post just now on vo's green light "congrats" and saw spideys comment on stuff to fix and thought of a certain part of the comment from where he mentioned people doing hit and runs via missiles and other stuff.
So how about a system in which if you engage someone you have a time limit before being allowed to leave the sector.
But if the person being engaged upon leaves the sector the persons time limit is taken off.
Of course in places like conquerable stations and such won't apply this rule. Same as skirmish sectors.
Before you -1 this tell me what you think could change in this suggestion.

Um... This is just odd and makes no sense to me. -1
Basically you want to remove the free play style element and make it easier to run by prolonging the attacker's stay in the sector while the victim is allowed to leave at their own choosing?
That doesn't seem very realistic and frankly not nearly as open as it is now.
