Lets Fill up a few unused sectors... (40-46 anyone?)
It seems we have a few nice, activity oriented sectors with good theme that could really use a little attention? The idea of having the floating signs as markers is very nice. The racetracks. Challenging. But, why not step it all up a notch. First, put in some, well, not weak but not agressive bots in. Maybe around the perimeter or something so people who wanna fight can fight. Then, lets add a gambling system to the races. First, add prizes for best times, and or for beating it in less than a certain time, and base it all on the ship config so someone who beats it in something less than agile gets more than someone in a valk and heavy...
Next, let players bet on each other. Wether it be times. Or multi player one at a time lets see who goes fastest. Monitored by the server possible with odds and stuff like a dogtrack.
Then, we need some new cargo's for these sectors, they can become the entertainment.. the redlight district?
Lets put in food supplies. Alcohol. Entertainment items. perhaps basic life items and things that would be unique to the area and valuable in the rest of the vendetta world. Also, perhaps it would be best to link sector 40 not only to 7.. but to 5 and 12... or some other patten spaced about so you can get to it without crossing have the map if your a gold or a red.

I like the betting idea. But I do NOT want bots or trade items to be put into those sectors. Currently, those sectors provide a peacefull place to race or play games. If trade routes were placed in there it would only bring in the swarms of traders and pirates into those systems. And then byebye peace and quiet.
How's about making s40 - s46 just the place to be for for example: bars, talkshows ;) stuff like that.
Some daring (and rich) soul could organize a Vendetta Cup racing tournament. I would, but I don't have enough money to give out substantial prizes.
I could organize it, but I'm afraid it will just go all wrong.
