Remove dent part manu cool downs

Mar 25, 2018 -Wash- link
We've committed to your excessively grindy build why the fuck do those of us who can do it super efficiently get punished with cool downs on building parts?
Do you not want more capships in the game?
Does this ruin the grand vision?

I've committed to game time to to build now I can't, Should I go back to grerifing newbs in Nation space?

FYI this is the 3rd time I've hit this cool down and I'm FUCKING PISSSSSSSED!!!!!!

Or at least have a mission where we can haul in some coolant and bearing grease to remove the cool down. That would at least give a slightly RP ish reason for a the cool down (our machines need coolant and grease. Get us this stuff now, or wait 12 hours for the union guys to do it). That way the big time manufacturing players like -Wash- can stock pile those items and keep on manuing.

I can't see a reason for the cool-down times either, and I do not manufacture stuff. I do however want more stuff to steal. I can only figure people making more things mean more things will get trundled about. That would open up more stuff as vulnerable for me to steal. CLM needs more fcp.

No need for the cool-down IMO. Getting rid of superfluous stuff is good.

So, first of all.. relax. Cool-downs are a standard part of a manufacturing tree when there's risk of a possible unforeseen exploit. Historically, we've had to do some horrible database cleanups due to past times when things have gone awry.. this just makes them more likely to "go awry slowly".

I don't have any particular problem with removing or minimizing the cooldowns at this point.

Oddly, I don't actually remember this being requested before (?). If it was, it may have escaped my attention.
